1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any codeVenturePro services, websites, or platforms (including getTesters.com), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

codeVenturePro provides the following services:

• Mobile App Development — custom React Native, iOS, and Android application development
• Web Development — Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB web applications and marketing sites
• App Publishing Consulting — via getTesters.com: closed testing with 12 testers for 14 days, ASO, screenshot design, and Google Play / App Store submission support
• Tech Tutorials & Community — YouTube tutorials, Medium articles, developer mentorship
• Source Code Products — purchase of pre-built app templates and source code

3. getTesters.com Service Terms

3.1 Service Description

getTesters.com provides a closed testing service to help developers meet Google Play's 20-tester / 14-day requirement for app review. Our service includes 12 professional testers who install, use, and review your application.

3.2 Approval Guarantee

We offer a 100% approval guarantee for apps that comply with Google Play and App Store policies. This guarantee applies to the testing phase specifically — we cannot guarantee approval if your app violates store policies, contains prohibited content, or is rejected for reasons unrelated to the testing requirement.

3.3 Eligibility

Your app must:

• Not violate Google Play or App Store policies
• Be a legitimate, functional application
• Not contain malware, illegal content, or deceptive elements
• Be submitted with a valid developer account

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are available if we fail to provide the agreed testing service. Once testing has commenced, refunds are at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion date.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary services or source code products without authorization
• Not submit apps that violate platform policies to getTesters.com
• Pay all fees associated with your chosen services on time

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

All content on codeventurepro.com and gettesters.com — including text, graphics, logos, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of codeVenturePro and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5.2 Custom Development Work

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of custom-built deliverables. codeVenturePro retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Source Code Products

Purchased source code products are licensed for use in one project (single-use license) unless an extended license is purchased. Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing source code is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• For custom development projects, we typically require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remainder upon completion
• Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as stated in our refund policy
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. codeVenturePro does not guarantee that:

• App store approvals will be granted (though we guarantee our testing service)
• Apps will achieve specific download numbers or revenue targets
• Our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codeVenturePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
